*40 minute workshop focusing on beginning and staying motivated with a running program

  • proper and safe training techniques that fit your lifestyle and will help you reach your goals
  • fueling your body properly and efficiently for optimal performance.
  • fueling your body for weight loss and running performance.

*20 minute group run following the workshop demonstrating warm-up, run, cool down, stretching
